Tardy management agents for tenants

Tardy management agents for tenants, that’s even if the repair gets done at all without constant chasing. But the biggest issue was being given notice after 4 year tenancy - no phone call to explain why - we had move a week before Christmas as a single mother with a full-time job. The shame for them was I would of bought the property had they told me it was for sale!They then bullied their way through the deposit negotiations and made up deductions as they went along.

I have had an acceptable working relationship with Andrews Leasehold Management (Bristol) for nearly 20 years as both a leaseholder and freeholder capacity. However the last 2 years has been a complete nightmare. They are now incompetent, ignorant and incapable. The same can be said for their third party suppliers. They will do damage to your property. "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently."Warren Buffett.......they didn't and got FIRED........after nearly two years of nonsense and grief from these clowns they want me/us to discuss the matter... to late you have been FIRED. Please,please anyone who who is thinking of even picking up the phone and engaging (or trying) don't do it!!INEXPERIENCE+INCOMPETENCE+IGNORANCE=ANDREWS

Totally Dreadful.

Personally I have dealt with so many letting agencies in the past & Andrews has to be the worst one so far, if I could give 0 stars I would. Everything now is greed & money with andrews & the amount of b.s they feed you is unbelievable! For instance: every year now I have a flat inspection where they measure & take photos of every room & i also have an asbestos inspection ever year. I always ask the question with out fail .... has the flat or the asbestos grown or shrunk within the last year? For some reason they can never give me an answer! Pathetic. Hopefully 1 day Andrews will change or go bust but I think I’m dreaming.
