Highly Recommended...Shout out to Emma Mussert who was an absolute star. It's great to deal with somebody who goes out of their way to 'own' issues and ensure a resolution. We all know the frustration of dealing with solicitors who don't tend to talk to each other but rely upon slow communication instead Emma constantly went out of her way to push the parties and was a great help.Bonus that she is friendly too!Would use Andrews again.

Excellent service from Shamiya!

My viewing was memorable, largely due to the friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young lady, Shamiya who showed me around. Shamiya happily listened to my moans about how difficult and stressful it has been trying to find a new home, she seemed genuinely caring & empathetic around my current circumstances and seemed really quite happy that I appeared pleased the home seemed really suitable for myself and my son. I feel Shamiya has been an excellent representative for the company, showing her passion and genuine caring nature toward me as a client.I think this young lady will serve this company well and I wish her much luck for her future career...Please give her a pay rise! Amazing and professional

I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!

Amazing Andrews!

The whole team at Andrews, Midsomer Norton have been amazing! Lisa-Marie first came to visit us in July 2023 to value our property, although we didn't market our house straight away, Lisa kept in contact with us on a regular basis, updating us on the local market. Her knowledge of the market and pure enthusiasm for her job made Andrews stand out from the others. We soon put our house up for sale and sold on the first viewing. We luckily found our next home with Andrews and when Tanya took us for a viewing she was very knowledgeable about the property and made the negotiations effortless, so thank you Tanya for helping us with our forever home.Holly is always on hand to help with any matter and is a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic experience with lovely people

I had a fantastic experience with Andrews.I own a property company but did not have the time to show some of my tenants around. Even though I wasn't looking for full-time management.They were more than happy to see to my needs and show tenants around for me. I tried every other agency in the area and they were not interested. I had a terrible discovery that my previous tenant had left the house in a bad way leaving terrible things including cat feaces on the floor. I had to postpone everything for a few weeks whilst renovating. Hayley and Jasmine were absolutely fantastic. I was so stressed and they were extremely emphatic towards my situation, giving me various options and reassuring me it was going to be okay. I really needed this as it all came at a really inconvenient time and they supported me through it. Thankyou guys!! Xx

Review on behalf of my father.I have rented through Andrew's for 12 years and have always found them to be very professional but also helpful.Communication has always been good. I have just left a property managed by them and Jenny Jones especially has been incredibly helpful and supportive while I navigated my move from Didcot to Wales. it had been a stressful process and Jenny was exceptionally helpful during this time.Should I need to I would definitely use Andrews again and would definitely recommend them.

Bethany Emberton unprofessional as no comms

Bethany Emberton, has no communication skills, did not follow up on a complaint of wrong information on fees, during the query transaction or afterwards. I sold 6 weeks ago and still been ignored! Even the solicitor agreed it’s not the first time, this has happened. Firstly Andrew’s say it’s £3000 to buy and sell your home! They get conveyance to send email, which shows a page with £3000What they don’t do is put at the top this is a 3 page document with additional fees below. When I had a call requesting for search fees, of £369 I reply but I was told this was included in the £3000Reply from the conveyancer would be deducted. So I expected to pay £3000 less £369 We then discovered searches were not required. Which was great expected the £369 to be deducted from the £3000 (Still to receive £25 deposit back) When solicitors fees bill arrived, I asked why it was not £3000 less the search fee, the solicitor said your not the only one caught out! We have also complained as their email is not transparent with what they say you pay, £3000 to buy and sell. When I complained to Bethany she said it was in the emails. I explained I was verbally told it would be deducted from the fees of £3000She claimed they would need to check recorded messages. I heard nothing so called Bethany again. She advised the IT department would have to do this, back from the start! I emailed to explain the approximate time, but she said their legal manager needed to look into this! Dispite my email with a deadline I had nothing back from Bethany or her legal manager!! Shameful treatment, not transparent with costs, and I hear they keep about £500 of the £3000 for themselves!
