Not a pleasant experience from the buyer's perspective. They basically did nothing that was exceptional apart from chasing me with calls to speed things up despite that it wasn't me delaying things as the property didn't have the required documents to confirm eligibility for a mortgage to start with then the Sellers wanted to delay the completion date. However, they did offer conveyancing and mortgage services in house but would not trust they would act to my benefit so I didn't choose them (hence probably I wasn't the desired Client to bring some extra ££) as it was clear to me they wanted to make a deal ASAP. Again, from the Buyer's perspective, it was completely useless service from WOT office in Bristol with no extra added value (just so you know the state of the house when received the keys was far away from ready to move & clean, but yes I know it's not a legal requirement) So therefore I cannot think of any 'wow' moment.

GoogleSo I recently had a slight mishap with returning some keys (accidentally going in the wrong letterbox!) and Monica was an absolute delight. She phoned me back when I wasn't able to get through to the office, and volunteered to take a few minutes out of her lunch break to put them through the right letterbox. I was blown away, especially nowadays, that someone was so willing to go above and beyond to help someone out they had no financial ties for. I might not be letting a property with Andrews and paying them agency fees, but I'm hoping this review at least might encourage others to take their business to Andrews (and remind Monica's manager what an exemplary member of the team she is!)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I was caught in stressful circumstances with a short amount of time to find a new home, busy with work and covid making normal life difficult. However after a quick and safe visit to this branch, Monica Bruton made the entire transition effortless. She helped find a location with everything I required, was very efficient with helping me though referencing and she went the extra mile to ensure I'd be in before potentially going homeless! She was helpful from day one up until our move-in date and beyond, and made the entire process as straightforward as possible. From making sure that our viewing was Covid compliant with social distancing, to raising maintenance issues before our move-in date, Monica has been super throughout. GoogleThis is the second time that we have let our property with Andrews. We had a very positive experience the first time round and so we didn’t hesitate to go through them again. We haven’t been disappointed. Monica and Kate have both been very helpful indeed. Monica was particularly proactive in marketing our property and worked extremely hard to find us the right tenants. She always gave sound and well considered advice and we were impressed by her willingness to sort out any issues, either with paperwork or practical issues. Kate also very kindly arranged for the redecoration of the property in our absence, and with which we were very pleased. A very professional service all round.
