We had a complicated house sale and purchase with a number of issues in the chain, but Steven Pearce at Andrews managed the process very well for us. The process had stalled but thanks to Steven he got things moving again and kept on top of it until completion. His communication was excellent, he was proactive and he played a big part ensuring we reached completion. I would highly recommend Steven.

Andrews are the best estate agent on North Street. I sold my property through them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I found them very professional throughout and they kept me informed at all stages. They got me the full asking price and were extremely helpful when it came to filling out various forms and paperwork which can often feel overwhelming. A special mention to both Rebecca and Lisa who were so friendly and accommodating from the start and throughout. 5*

I have enquired about flat to buy and was referred to a mortgage advisor. I spoke to Mukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office. He was very knowledgeable and explained all details in the way that I understood everything. He gave me few options. I didn't secured the house yet but once I will I will definitely call him! Great customer service. Easy to talk with. 100% recommendation!

GoogleFrom the start of my tenancy I was constantly having to follow-up maintenance issues as emails went ignored. The same happened when trying to get the deposit back, this took 2 months more than it should have, and I was ignored for weeks on end. Property manager changed so often I never knew who I was dealing with. Made the mistake of trying to rent another property with Andrews and the referencing experience was the most disorganised I have ever experienced. The one star goes to Dan, you weren't my property manager but you were always happy to help and provided genuinely good and honest service, thank you!
