TrustpilotSold an unsafe flat
After signing the contract and paying rent and the deposit, I was told (2 days before I moved in) the flat was unsafe because it didn't have a thermostat and got told to live somewhere else until they got it fixed.

Incompetence of the highest level.Staff turnover is shocking which says it all.Be prepared to go into legal battle over negligence to get them to do anything.Do not buy a leasehold property if managed by Andrews.

We did have some issues with our leasehold business historically and the new leadership team has been working hard since October 2022 to address these issues.
