Andrews are always professional, and act fairly on behalf of both the tenant and landlord. They have managed my properties for years and I would highly recommend them. The rental side of there business is organised outside of there branches. Which means rental renewals are double the amount the competition charges and they don't have the local knowledge regarding rents and availability for the area. Rental agents need to be local and informed - unfortunately this business model they have adopted is unprofessional and misinformed. Andrews need to bring it back into local branches.
I am sorry to hear about your experience.I have recently joined Andrews as CEO and have made customer experience a key priority across our business including Sales, Lettings and other business lines. Thank you for your feedback which is gratefully received. We are in the process of making changes to our model in order to be able to better support Landlords and Tenants. GoogleAs a landlord, the customer service is terrible. Ongoing issues with invoices for over half a year which Andrews do not care to amend. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time going back and forth to understand issues with invoices.
