GoogleFrom the first day of viewing the property with Glenn, to arranging the contractual agreement with Scarlett and then, ensuring the prompt check-in to the new property with Natalie and Juliette; my experience with Allen & Harris has been a pleasant one. Great service, and great all-round communication!! I feel at home already and know that if I need anything as far as the agency is concerned, they will be quick to respond and resolve any issue.

I could not recommend Allen and Harris, Clarkston highly enough to anyone swithering about who to sell their house with. The team in Allen and Harris have gone above and beyond my expectations. Attentitive, professional and friendly, I can't thank them enough for selling my house so quickly and the dedication they have shown towards my house sale. Thank you! Every busy landlord wants the peace of mind that his properties are being taken care of in his absence. This happens as a matter of routine with Glenn and his great team.

When it comes to honoring commitments and customer service, Allen and Harris is the worst company to deal with. I've paid for my lease agreement but for the past 4days, it hasn't been treated. I've called more than 20times but no one is picking up. Seems they close by 12noon everyday now. Terrible Terrible bunch. Wouldn't recommend them.

They are scammers. We paid a holding fee for a property to move on the 12th. They told us no on the 10th and kept our money £279. It is clearly a tactic they use since agency fees are gone. You let people pay a holding fee then tell them no and keep their money.Please don’t go for them. Scammers

GoogleIf I could leave 0 out of 5 I would. We were gazumped four weeks in on a purchase. We only found out through our solicitor and had to make nine phone calls to Allen & Harris to find out what was happening. Each call was never returned, we just kept getting told someone would call us back and they never did. Will now actively avoid any dealings with them again.

I booked a viewing of a property at Auchinleck, East Ayrshire at 2pm on Wednesday 9th February. Estate agent appeared five minutes late with the wrong keys; access to the property was not possible. The person blamed a colleague for giving her the wrong keys. Performance of Allen and Harris deemed unprofessional. One star rating not deserved.

I made a offer and it was accepted by the Agency in Southmead but after few days they say they Received another offer and my offer is invalid and they known the Rules and according to them the Buyer (myself)is not a Costumer for them Very very bad Costumer service Stay away from this Company for buying or for selling

GoogleWe have been landlords of a single property for several years. Staff have always been extremely helpful and sorted out all issues as necessary, efficiently and professionally. I have had dealings with Glenn, Juliette, Emma, Lewis and Mark and they are always friendly and deal with everything promptly. No complaints at all and I would recommend.

GoogleRecent late/non-payment of rent issues were quickly nipped in the bud after consulting the manager, Glenn Hawthorne who was extremely helpful. My property was tenanted very quickly and Glenn always showed prospective tenants around in a most courteous and efficient manner. So 5 stars for Glenn. The only reason overall score is 4 is because there were some admin issues which, again, Glenn resolved.

GoogleScarlett, Emma and Lewis have been excellent helping with the start of my new tenancy - thank you! (I hope your accounts team don’t let the team town when it comes to returning my deposit in a timely way at the end of this tenancy as has been the case in the past!)
