I do not advise anyone to use this company. Communication is appalling, they did not notify me of viewings or give me feedback. They told me there were no viewings and encouraged me to drop the price. I agreed to this and later found that there had been viewings. I didn’t feel they were working in my best interest and had nothing but problems with them from the onset.

As a landlord currently stuck in a management agreement with WH Brown, I’ll simply say this - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Every single month there seems to be a little trick here or there to try and rip me or my tenant off. One more attempt and I think i’ll be reporting them to the ombudsman - if I could leave a 0 score, I happily would.

The WORST letting agents I have ever dealt with. Always having to chase things up with them to find out they haven’t done what they said they would. Left us without heating or hot water for 2 months!! Took months to get our deposit back and eventually had to go to the TDS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Disgraceful. Unprofessional. Incompetent. I made an enquiry relating to a house for sale, hoping for help and information. They lost my details and when I later called the office to enquire if they had carried out my request the person I spoke to was rude, arrogant and generally unhelpful. It also sounded as though a party was going on in the background. Never again!

Rude, aggressive and intrusive tactics. Put an offer in for a property, only to never be contacted with regards to whether our offer was accepted or not. Presumably, our offer was never even put forward to the vendors because we did not wish to use William H Brown's mortgage advisors. Pushy and pig ignorant, avoid like the f-ing plague.

WORTST AGENGY EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!moved to a new property advertised with phone line.... had to wait two months to get it sorted. fire doors and rubbish bins set up after contacting local authorities. Customer service the worst in absolute.The only thing they know well is to get money off you! 2 months in and still no access to electric meters.STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

If there were less than 1 I would give it.Put on market with them as wanted a property that they had. Took a week to get a viewing, took £135 for the deluxe package and nothing happened had to chase up photogrspher, etc, they are rude, unprofessional and I asked for a refund. No apology or could be bothered to ask why

GoogleCan highly recommend using William h Brown as the service is excellent with nothing too much trouble. Clare Mccusker came to do valuation and was here way past her finishing time. She was professional but friendly and as our sale is happening now the staff are all there to help with anything we’re not sure about.

Booked a week ago to value my House so today 45 minutes before the valuer was due to arrive ,we get a phone call saying he is running late can he come in the Evening,or any time apart from the time booked.One crap company and will never use them again .You dont do that to potential new business so annoyed for screwing up my day .

I had a property viewing with them today, after waiting for 15min no one showed up. After calling them I found out my appointment has been canceled by the agent. I have not received an email nor a phone call.I would not be conducting business with them anymore, this is not a way to do business.

GoogleWe used the William h brown worksop branch to find a rental house and they were brilliant. We were dealt with by Lewis and he was great, nothing was too much trouble, he explained everything clearly and was super helpful. Will definitely use their services again in future

I'm trying to buy a property and those greedy Agents wont let me view property because I'm not using they mortgage advisors. I've contacted them about numerous properties but they even wont return emails or calls as they already know I don't want to use their dodgy advisors with elevated fees, disgrace where is free market!!!!!

After organizing a viewing for two properties without much hassle, the follow up was non-existent. As a student, sorting housing out for the next year can be a stressful time. After liking one of the properties and emailing them to express our interest, no reply was received. Then after emailing them for a second time, still no reply has been received.Utterly useless!

They don't take properties which have been sold off the market so it's misleading and make you lose time! Unprofessional. Additionally, they don't follow requests about the way to contact you. I prefer to be contacted via email or message as I work nights, but they still will be giving you a call...

The worst estate agent company ever. I dealt with a Jerome in Barking and not only was he rude and aggressive he was completely useless! Didnt tell us of a number of offers and was impossible to get hold of. He lied and was appalling throughout. Would never use again.

TERRIBLE...the communication is beyond embarrassing, property is literally thrown on to the market at a random price and left to sit there as they want their advertising boards around town. It's well known this company is NOT the best locally, they just have more money to push their business. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

GoogleJust renewed our mortgage with Sally and she has reduced our monthly payments as well as reducing our term from 27 years to 25 years saving us thousands of pounds in interest- as well as £300 cashback with no solicitor fees!! Wish we came here when we were originally applying for our mortgage as she definitely got us the best deal going!

After finding a property with them I was told about the fees but when I paid them and wanted to pay the deposit and first moth's rent I was told there was another fee bringing it to £650. What is more they sold my personal data to Spark Energy and changed my energy supplier to Spark energy without mine or my landlord's consent.

Poor service at Fakenham. Took house of market mistakenly. Our buyer only got it by insisting they contact me.Pressured to accept a risky bid.Once under offer, no contact. They never bothered to chase and update etc. I had to chase them. Very poor.I would not use again.

Very unprofessional agent. Initially mentioned to me that a viewing needs to be rescheduled as the tenant wasn’t home, rescheduled to the next day. Next day she does not answer calls and when I reach the location I find no one is available. The following day the house is listed as Let agreed. Waste of time dealing with an agency like this.
