I recently sold my property through Winkworth who provided us with an outstanding service. Not only did they keep us up to date with our sale they also helped with our purchase more than they needed to! Anna constantly kept us updated …

Winkworth helped support the purchase of our new home and could not have been more helpful. Anna, Alyx and the team provided invaluable support throughout our purchase. They were very responsive and were happy to facilitate multiple viewings and source answers to any questions we had. We would highly reccomend them and would look to use them if we ever moved again.

Above & Beyond

We have recently sold through Winkworth and move into our new home in a couple of weeks. Anna has been fantastic throughout the process, especially in the stressful periods (house buying is never easy), and communicated up and down the chain, above and beyond the call of duty. Anna is always upbeat and always knows the right thing to say to help smooth out the stresses and strains, and we may well not have managed the move without her! Can’t recommend them highly enough, and (whilst I hope we are now done with house moves) would use them again in a heartbeat.

Gold star service for both buyers and sellers. Anna goes above and beyond the “call of duty”, never showing the frustration she must sometimes feel. An expert in the Estate Agent market she somehow manages to obtain information, sometimes with held for legal reasons from solicitors, thus holding a chain in place. Have bought and sold property through her and would recommend Winkworths to be the first Port of call for anyone thinking of buying or selling a property. She deservedly stands above and apart from the perceived image of an Estate Agent. Many thanks Anna

Cannot express how grateful I am to Anna and the team at Winkworth for their help and support throughout the whole process of our sale. Anna has provided us with outstanding service throughout and when things got a bit tricky she was there to ensure that everything was sorted and went above and beyond every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Winkworth and if I was to sell again would go straight back to them every time! Thank you so much Anna for everything you have done for us!

Winkworth has managed my properties for several years and I would not go anywhere else. They are always on hand to answer questions and deal with any tenant issues as quickly as possible. It is definitely a weight off my mind having them deal with everything. Anna and Alyx, I salute you!

Very happy with the service provided by the team. Anna was very helpful in liaising with both solicitors and chasing them for progress of the sale. I was also kept informed of the sale progression.

Anna, Michael and Team made my house sale such an easy stress-free experience. Everyone warned me about how awful and untruthful estate agents are, but I found Winkworth were honest and trustworthy throughout. I thoroughly recommend them.

From start to finish Michael and Anna were 10 out of 10 in helping my wife and I sell our property. They advised us well ahead of advertising the property, got us plenty of viewings and best of all, a great sale price. We were kept very informed throughout - I would definitely recommend this agency for a straightforward sale, thank you very much.

Michael came to give me an appraisal and I can honestly say it was wholey unprofessional. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes, was rude, judgemental and not at all personal or warm. I was promised an email by Monday and it didn't arrive until Wednesday. if this is how they treat prospective sellers then it does not bode well for the service level they would provide. No matter his personal opinion this was supposed to be a professional appraisal. unfortunately it was his unprofessionalism and judgemental attitude which means that this seller will be going with someone else!

Just had a market appraisal that quite honestly I was extremely disappointed with. The gentleman was abrupt, judgemental and rude. The price he gave was insulting, his manner was standoffish and he wasn't personable at all. …

Having bought, sold & used Winkworth's as a letting agent we can't rate their services enough. Professional & friendly & aleways go the extra mile. We can't thank Anna enough for all her hard work throughout a long drawn out sale, she went over & above for us. We would highly recommend Winkworth.

I have now used Winkworth for a number of years, to deal with the letting out of my apartments. We started with one and now have 3 and they have offered a great service, which is especially important as I don't live in the UK so cannot be there to deal with matters myself.
