GoogleMark Charlton is a brilliant estate agent - I’ve worked with him twice now and both times the service has been fantastic. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I heartily recommend Charlton Grace and will be calling them again the next time I want to move.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe professionalism, efficiency and responsiveness of Mark and Ade at Charlton Grace is second to none. Understanding my circumstances and need for a quick sale they marketed my property with gusto and after 17 viewings in 6 weeks I had a sensible offer and 4 weeks later I completed. They are both the nicest people who care about what they do and the client. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they always went the extra mile. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charlton Grace and would seek their services if I were to move again.

GoogleJust sold our house through Charlton Grace. It was a very straight forward transaction - thanked originally to realistic advice on how to market the property, but with really good communication and co-ordination between all parties throughout. GoogleAbsolutely avoid. They showed a property after I paid a deposit (they deny it, I have it in writing), decided I hadn't passed referencing (reference agency has confirmed this is untrue) and are now refusing to return my deposit. …
