TrustpilotNOT your friendly"estate agent ! !
@Upminster Branch : Not your " friendly" local estate agent at all !! Today one of their staff parked his car right outside my front door in a way that prevented me and others local residents/ businesses to freely access our own properties. When asked to be more considerate of "others" he completely lost the plot! He would not admit he was in the wrong! Worst, his fake welcoming mask disappeared to be replace by a smirk smile and a very dismissive gesture! Then he started being rude, arrogant and questioning my right to freely have access to my property!! As well as follow me 10 minutes later by trespassing into "my private building", forcing his way in, to have a go at me! What this man failed to realised is that his negative and threatening behaviour reflect on Griffin! Hence me writing this review! Is Griffin company ethos to employed staff who are : Bully ! Physically Aggressive toward woman ! Ill mannered ! 🤔 ? All he had to do was apologize and understand he was making a nuisance of himself ! I would definitely not use them to sell or rent of my properties! What they should do is used the public car park. Until then they are the Neighbour from hell !

GoogleI can't rate the service highly enough! From the very first meeting where we explained what we were looking for in our new house, all the way through to picking up our new keys the team kept us up to speed with where we were, giving us no reason to chase or worry. During the 'house hunting' phase they weren't afraid to think outside the box, which ultimately led us to finding our new dream home!
