TrustpilotBad experience over 2 years
Bad experience over 2 years, would not recommend this agency at all. I had a very bad experience with this company for the past two years when my ex-husband was selling the house. They never listened to me, even when I sent them letters from my solicitor about the sale. They kept saying “we want to help you”, but I received no help at all. Several times, their agents left the front door open and unlocked, and once they even locked my cat in a room when I was away, even though I had specifically asked them not to close the room doors. Very careless and unprofessional. In the end, they were very polite to the buyer (who didn’t even have a mortgage approved at first and I wasn’t informed), while I told them that as a single mother I had nowhere else to go. Instead of helping or giving me time, they pressured me heavily to leave the house. I fought as much as I could, but they didn’t care that the buyer broke their promises, the agency only wanted to get their money quickly and push me and my child out onto the street. This is honestly the worst company I have dealt with, unprofessional, no empathy, only after their profit. Would not recommend to anyone.

GoogleThank you soo much to Reece Olser, you were very considerate of the fact that I don’t live anywhere near the area you were showing but managed to secure an appointment for me in few hours. Very professional and you showed me around the house and answered almost all the questions that I had.

GoogleWe have just starting working with Reece to find a rental. He has been very prompt with responses and the first viewing of a property went really well. He understood what we were looking for straight away, took notes of our questions to follow up and was very transparent. Thank you and Merry Christmas
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
