Poor sales negotiators and the inability to return calls meant that Douglas Allen was a no go for me. There were plenty of other reasons too like inflexibility when trying to do a short term contract and a sales fee that had no flexibility were the main reasons I chose not to go with them.

GoogleGreat service provided throughout my purchase of a property. A few times I was waiting on information about properties and a technical issue or two with the website, but other than that, they've provided great customer service and I've received all of the information I have required. The video tour of the property was one of my favourite features on the property listing. It gave a great idea of the layout and size of the place compared to other estate agents that only provide photos.

Right from the first time I went in to see Maria at the Walthamstow branch where she is the manager was very friendly, polite and professional, she came to value my property and left me to make my decision without any pressure.I decided that Douglas Allen would be best to market my property because of their professionalism, write up and photos, the house I had already seen online was also listed with them and I said to Maria right from the start that I had my heart set on that house.The house was going through probate but Maria kept me up to date with how that was proceeding, and said she would do all she could to get me that house, and she stuck to her word which i appreciate.As well as Maria, Ben and Scott, were also friendly and professional whenever I went into Douglas Allen and when they came to my house to do viewings. I have also dealt with Laura and Andrew on a regular basis who have also been very professional and helpful at all times.Its all in the final stages now and i am very happy with the service received.Thank you, Regards Danny
