DONT WASTE YOUR TIME they missed out on big commission! Disgusting customer service

Arrogant company with disgusting customer service!!! they have no idea how to sell a property when they judge on who can actually see it!. We had a big deposit and was able to pay the property price but as we didn’t go with their in-house mortgage advisor they had told us we could not see the property, and didn’t want to WASTE their vendors time! After saying that we reluctantly decided have a chat with him to ease their concerns about us WASTING THEIR TIME. He arranged to call us at 4…. That did not happen He called us at 5.45 to be told that he was “busy with paperwork” (no sorry) but he could go through it now.. we have 2 kids and was in the middle of dinner. So we said we haven’t got time to go through it all right at that second so we just asked again if it was possible to view the property this weekend before we potentially miss out with someone else making an offer…. Again we was told that they didn’t want to waste their time… so we said THATS FINE. We are CLEARLY wasting our time with this companyThey missed out on commission as we are pretty much ready to buy with a large cash deposit and no chain. Well done to balgores staff I’m sure you manager is proud of you. (Which I’m sure he actually is…as ive read SO many bad reviews of this company on trust pilot!) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Awful, we wanted to view a property and was told by Sean we had to have an agreement in principle in place or they would have to validate my earnings to satisfy their vendor. Never heard such absolute rubbish. It’s clearly a hard sell to get you to use their mortgage advisors. Disgusting service and I was spoken to like i was stupid and didn’t understand how mortgages work (despite having had multiple mortgages and owned properties for over 20 years) and a large cash deposit.

Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, and having this dream team in my corner, took the stress off me completely: thank you to all!Having been through the process of buying and selling houses a few times now in Hornchurch and Upminster, I've dealt with a few local agents. I used Ric Burns of the Upminster Office to act for my client in the sale of a probate property. The matter was very complicated but he was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Once we were in a position to proceed the matter went through quickly and efficiently at an excellent price. By then Ric had already done so much work in relation to the matter, and had helped by arranging regular visits to the property for insurance purposes . I cannot recommend highly enough.

Balgores Basildon Was great at first but then changed our buyer for one that caused nothing but problems as he was a HMO, he couldn’t get a mortgage, so had to put the house back on the market. Finally got another buyer but this estate agents was terrible from start to finish . Signed a contract to get everything done in 16 weeks it ended up being 6 months instead. A lot of stress and illness was caused. Would not recommend this estate agent.
