We have been using Bairstow for about 6 or 7 years to let out our properties. I'll admit that there were many times we've contemplated taking our business elsewhere, but then Lauren Saunders came on board and took over our account and changed everything. Lauren has been a breath of fresh air. She is quick, detailed oriented and clear in her communication, everything that was lacking in our initial point of contact. I would give Lauren 5 stars alone, but as we've had some rocky experiences in the past, I've given Bairstow on the whole 4 stars. Lauren, keep up the fantastic work! I really enjoy working with you.

Wonderful agency and team. Kelsey was so lovely showing me the property, told me about the neighbourhood and even suggested nearby shops and services I can use as I'm new to Essex having moved from Surrey. Thanks Kelsey for showing me again for the measurements :) The office team were also great, I felt comfortable throughout the whole process with them. Carlton office provide excellent service

My past experiences of using estate agents for house purchases or sales have never been positive. That is until now. Our transaction was fairly simple as we had a first time buyer buying our house and that was the end of the chain. I found communications excellent. Never any delays. Always helpful. Always on time. The service and support of Lauren Saunders during my recent change of tenant was exceptional. As I do not live locally to my rental property, Lauren constantly kept me updated on work being undertaken at the property and progress of on-boarding the new tenants. She negotiated costs with decorators and contractors, visiting the property to advise on what work needed to be done. Lauren is professional and trustworthy, it was a pleasure working with her.

In a time where you have companies like Purple Bricks, it was a breath of fresh air to use Bairstow Eves and their team at Billericay. With a complicated chain, you start to really value having a really top notch estate agent behind you, helping you push your purchase through. Whereas other people in our chain didn't have this luxury due to use Purplebricks, they had to do everything themselves and in truth it lead to a mega long time to exchange and complete! Jayme was unreal, she was on the case every day for me, and the house sold within four days. Any problems we had, she was always at the end of the phone. We have recently moved to Billericay from Kent. Right from the off Louise was helpful, attentive and supportive in all aspects. When we viewed the property she and Chris were on hand to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble. Moving is stressful! There is no escaping that fact but Baistow Eves supported and helped us throughout the whole process, communication is fantastic, they get stuff done no empty promises! We had Jayme to guide us through post sale, she is amazing! I was particularly impressed by the way the staff work together to make sure we are guided so even when Jayme was off someone stepped in and kept us informed! An amazing service from start to end. Louise always kept us updated with everything from the viewing till we moved in. The key part was it was my first move with my partner and every question I had regarding bills or even the property was replied to within a hour or so. We moved in about a month ago and after a very bad experience with estate agents I think its safe to say Louise and her team have changed our minds entirely. They are always quick to reply, we had an issue with a plug socket that was sorted almost immediately with the landlords themselves coming to have a look the same day. Could not recommend them more for tenents, you really feel like you're in safe hands and they actually care about your wellbeing in the property and not just getting the rent money.
