Google1 - Sam Newman, brilliant lad brilliant service cannot fault him at all helped with all inquiries I had, alongside being extra polite. 2- Such a shame about his property management team up at head office, what can I say other than they are the rudest most condescending and disrespectful "team" of people. They have outright lied to me about 3 different things and admitted to it after an hour long conversation. Avoid David tupper and kathy hawkins at all costs 3- However after going through the complaints team who were very professional and unbiased which was very surprising considering this was an internal process they have completely satisfied my requests. to conclude i dont believe that the actions of the individual should reflect on the way the company is viewed as 2 out of three experiences were terrific.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I found Lydia Ferguson to be most helpful when it came to completing the sale. She was always on hand to answer any question I had, and would always go over and above to settle my queries, and help me to simply get things done. I thank her for her patience and support. When I went in to collect the keys the staff at the Basildon branch, everyone was friendly and had best wishes for my new move. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI am extremely delighted at the service Lisa Steel and Shaun Baker rendered during the sale of my property. I have been in liaison with Sean since mid 2017, when I asked for my property to be valued. Sean stayed in touch since and when I decided to sell hit the ground running. The communication was incredible. They always knew the status of my sale and never failed to get a task done. They do things in a timely manner and are overall just good communicators.

GoogleI am happy with the Bairstow Eves (Basildon branch) as a first time landlord for my house finding right tenants within quick turnaround time after signing the exclusive agency with the Bairstow Eves . I dealt with the lady called Vicky she is exceptionally professional, friendly and more loving lady to provide services to landlords and tenants. I will definitely recommend any for their housing needs.

GoogleThese guys were able to take me out of a terrible situation with my previous landlord and facilitate my move to my home of choice within a record 5days.
