GoogleWe came to Lydia Ferguson at the Basildon branch of Bairstow Eves. Immediately she was bubbly, happy and a pleasure to talk too. Lydia explained to us step by step what was happening because as first time buyers we were not to sure on the procedure. Now thanks to Lydia we have a great deal on our mortgage; had an easy transaction with solicitors and have got the keys to our new dream home. Not only would I recommend the branch as everyone was extremely welcoming but I would especially recommend the services of Lydia Ferguson.

On the back of this where I had originally given 5 stars at the time of signing contracts.. 2 months later none of the staff want to help with repairs as I have paid 6 months up front. Katie and Sam who have been supposedly dealing with my issues have not bothered to reply to many emails and when they do it is rude.
I wouldn't bother renting through this company. They aren't interested once they have your money and you have signed contracts. Absolute joke!!!

GoogleBairstow eves in Basildon have recently rented out my family home. I was very nervous about renting my property out as it has been my family home for many years and I was worried about what might go wrong. When Sam came round and met me he reassured me of all my worries and told me all the positives of renting instead of selling. Both Sam and Julius were very helpful and honest which you could see from all the hard work that they did. They found me the best tenant possible in a short amount of time for the price that I wanted. I told Sam the type of tenants I wanted and they went and found them. I was updated as much as possible and kept in the loop throughout the whole process. The tenant has been in the property for a couple of months now and they have been amazing with no problems what so ever. I am so pleased I decided to call Bairstow eves lettings and not sell the house.
I really do appreciate all the hard work and help that Sam and Julius provided and I will always recommend them to any one who is looking to rent out they’re property.
