Throughout the selling process I was supported and made to feel included in all decisions made. Communications with all parties were facilitated and made me feel reassured the whole way. Selling my property was daunting for me, but Tracy and the team helped in so many ways, making me feel completely supported and valued. The service at the Kingswood branch and Alice in particular was brilliant. Notifications of viewings and also offers were swiftly emailed to me and even on a Sunday, Alice was in contact to make certain who I'd placed as conveyancing solicitor, so she could contact them with the buyer's details the following morning.I can only hope that the conveyancing solicitors and the purchase goes as smoothly.Many thanks, Alice..you took the worry away..

As an experienced landlord, I would not use any other estate agent in Hull to sell any of my properties, and the current ones have been sold with tenants in situ. Multiple offers received on each property, thus achieving a good sale price for the seller, and ultimately the sale went through. Definitely a job well done to all involved.

We originally selected Woolley Parks estate agents in Driffield as the agents to sell my parents house. We liked the family run feel of the office and how all the staff interacted and the excellent knowledge of the area and current housing market. We were very concerned to learn of their takeover by Beercocks who we had no prior knowledge of and were rather concerned that nothing had been mentioned about this takeover, despite the fact they must have known about this for several weeks/ months prior to it happening. We felt we had made our selection based on false information and fully expected to have to change agents. We were pleasantly surprised therefore to learn it was pretty much business as usual, despite the closure of another Woolley Parks office. The staff were professional throughout, despite obviously being in turmoil themselves due to the tragic loss of one of the partners. We are pleased to say that the selling of our property was quite seamless and not as traumatic as we had anticipated. We would be happy to recommend the Driffield team to people in the future and would definitely consider using their services again.
