Beercocks have been brilliant and I would highly recommend them. After a poor experience with a previous estate agents, they were pro-active in getting viewings through the door. They got me 3 offers and Ann was excellent in providing updates and liaising with buyers to ensure we hit the exchange date. Highly recommended.

Great experience with the team. We had plenty of viewings and a couple of offers. I didn’t sell my house in the end due to deciding to take it off the market as we couldn’t find a property to buy to suit our needs. I would use Beercocks in the future if we decide to sell.
