Finding the right home is always difficult, but having chosen a home on Rightmove from Beercocks, when we viewed it were really surprised. The photos were accurate and the AI photos with furniture inserted alongside the ordinary photos was useful. We were met by Josh to be shown around and found him friendly, polite and professional. Most importantly he knew all about the house and it's recent history which allowed him to answer our questions easily. We were put under no pressure in time terms when viewing and Josh allowed us the freedom to view alone before we left.All in all a great experience and in fact, we ended up making an offer on this home and Josh started to process up to SSTC and kept us up to date and very well informed both by email and by phone before a progress specialist took over up to completion. Really good guy Josh, a credit to the company.

Hazel was great and talked me through the process and helped me secure the property by putting forward my offers. So thankful!!

This has been my second experience with Beercocks as an estate agent. I sold my previous home with the Kingswood branch recently and I've just purchased a new home with the Beverley branch and both branches reflected the same service, which is excellent. Ellie and Grace at the Beverley branch have been really great with me. I'm conscious I'm a pedantic person but they responded to my every need quickly and efficiently. Overall I'm very happy and I would recommend Beercocks for both buying and selling.

Majority of the time we dealt with Jane and she was lovely. She was extremely helpful and understanding. As first time buyers she took interest in us and genuinely seemed very happy for us when our offer got accepted. Kept well informed and updated along the way! I couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Beercocks in Barton, we went in to enquiry about a property but was told it was unfortunately no longer avaliable. Belinda listened to exactly what we wanted and pointed us towards the property we went on to purchase. They offered us time, support and guidance which as first time buyers was great! Our property needed a little bit of work but Belinda met our enthusiasm and offered alternative solutions to problems. Thank you so much to the team.
