Me and my partner have started to look for houses to buy as first time buyers and contacted Beercocks. So far they have been really good at scheduling viewings with no complications and very quickly. Kameron has shown us two houses and he is a really nice and approachable guy. Showed us around and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions. He was also very willing to follow up with any requests we had.

Our first time selling a house. From initial contact with Beercocks it was plain sailing. From the initial visit from Rob, the process was explained easily and paperwork explained fully. The photos and video and publication of our property was very well done. Elliot then took on the roll of viewing with potential customers and was in constant contact letting us know feedback and offers. His advice sold the property quickly. Thank you and the team.

Finding the right home is always difficult, but having chosen a home on Rightmove from Beercocks, when we viewed it were really surprised. The photos were accurate and the AI photos with furniture inserted alongside the ordinary photos was useful. We were met by Josh to be shown around and found him friendly, polite and professional. Most importantly he knew all about the house and it's recent history which allowed him to answer our questions easily. We were put under no pressure in time terms when viewing and Josh allowed us the freedom to view alone before we left.All in all a great experience and in fact, we ended up making an offer on this home and Josh started to process up to SSTC and kept us up to date and very well informed both by email and by phone before a progress specialist took over up to completion. Really good guy Josh, a credit to the company.
