The process of selling and buying from a inexperienced customer perspective, is often an anxious and challenging one. It was so important to have Sue k in our camp to support us in this process. Sue was the solid rock upon which we could depend, at all times and days (often on her days off). Sue was super flexible and approachable and her vast knowledge and experience was vital is calming our nerves and reassuring us as and when necessary, we are super grateful for this and it was very much appreciated. Sues calm demeanour and willingness to assist went a long way towards managing our expectations and steering us through the process. Sues clear communication skills and working relationships with all parties are testament to her dedication and professionalism, she is a credit to the organisation and industry. Thank you Sue.

I don’t write reviews often, and if I do it has to be for a good reason. I can say without a doubt that beercocks have been brilliant! We were unsure at first at putting our beloved family home on the market, but we have been presently surprised with the service we’ve received. Jack managed our sale and he is the most lovely person, so kind and genuine and we felt that nothing was too much. I used to message him panicking about things and he always made time to talk us through everything and reassure us. From start to finish it’s been a really good experience, slightly more expensive than some agents out there but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for! Trust the Process .. it does work!

On contacting Beercocks to sell our house, Katie Puckering was assigned to handle our sale. From the introduction meeting and throughout the process Katie has made herself available for all enquiries and has kept us informed and up to date with developments. Although we were initially curious about how the pre-sale and ‘contract ready’ process would work, our minds were soon settled when we had 9 viewing requests within a couple of days of the pre-sale launch. We subsequently received a number of offers on the property during this period; one of which was above the guide price, proving that the process does work! We walked into beercocks to enquire about a property, we were assisted by Jack and a viewing was arranged straight away for us. This property was not suitable. Jack took our details and helped us to find the correct house that suited our needs.
