I would without doubt recommend Victoria. She is passionate about her job, listens to her clients and endeavours to do the absolute best for them. My experience was made particularly difficult due to sudden urgent personal issues. Victoria went above and beyond to help me complete the sale. She changed her whole work schedule, spoke to everyone in the chain to explain the circumstances and basically made the whole thing happen. She’s approachable, friendly and professional. She even took the time to bring me the most beautiful bunch of flowers when I had to share some devastating news. The service from EweMove and in particular Matt Evans was exceptional! Matt has supported us throughout our sale (during covid) and it was a seamless and professional. Matt was always available to assist and right till the end maintained a professional, friendly approach. I chose EweMove to sell my property for me. From the very first phone call to their main centre I knew I was in good hands. I was passed on to Matt in Bordon and he went above and beyond to help me to sell my property. It wasn’t the smoothest of sales, I had a challenging tenant who made viewings awkward and refused to move even after 6 months notice and then a useless conveyancer causing added delays to the sale. Matt was always at the other end of the phone, no question to small or stupid (I certainly had plenty of them!) if it wasn’t for Matt I know my tenant would still be living rent free in my property and I wouldn’t have sold my house. I really can’t thank him enough for the help and endless support Matt provided and would highly recommend anyone to use EweMove, you won’t be disappointed!

The service received from Victoria Sylvester couldn’t have been better. We weren’t actually planning on moving until we saw a property which which seemed the perfect move. The moment I called to ask for advice she had viewings lined up with no pressure but to hopefully give us the opportunity to be in the perfect position to make an offer should we choose to. This is exactly what she achieved!
