We found Victoria as she was selling the house we were viewing, we were greeted with professionalism of the highest standard from the beginning and she instantly seemed like somebody we could trust so we appointed her services to sell our home. She visited us to take photos and took absolutely fantastic pictures and the house looked incredible on Ewemove and Rightmove. She handled all our viewings with zero issues and gave us guidance as and when we needed it, she was always contactable and able to answer any query almost straight away. She guided us through the sale and purchase the whole way and no question was too silly, and if she didn’t know the answer she would find out and get back to us immediately, it was a really personal experience and felt like we were dealing with a person, and not just a huge corporate company. We were also greeted with a lovely gift bag of goodies on our moving day. I couldnt recommend her enough, and if we ever need to sell our house in the future we’ll be giving her a call without hesitation.

I honestly cannot recommend EweMove Estate Agents highly enough. From start to finish, the service I received when purchasing my property was absolutely outstanding. Victoria was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. Using EweMove, with Victoria was a game of 2 halves. Victoria was confident that despite our house having been for sale for 2 years she could get a sale at a significantly higher price than any other estate agent was prepared to commit to. And she delivered, with an asking price offer in just a few weeks. Then we moved to the second half, sales progression! There were challenges with our buyers buyer as they were unable to get a mortgage, so the chain had to be rebuilt. It appears that Victoria did not do her due diligence through this process and twice she told us we had a complete chain, so we offered on houses only to be told the chain was not complete. Victoria’s communication was between poor and non existent. We missed out on 2 houses as a result of this. When we did eventually get a completed chain, the challenges weren’t over. Within just 3 weeks our buyers threatened to pull out if we don’t move to rented. I felt that Victoria was in support of our buyers in this and did not defend our position at all, despite our purchase being only 3 weeks behind the sale. In summary, I would trust EweMove to get you a good sale, but not to support you through a challenging progression

They say downsizing is stressful. After 52 years in a quirky 16 century barn conversion, Victoria made it all possible to downsize. Not only was there little stress, but good communication, rapid response to any issues we had; made the process almost enjoyable. It was not an easy sell. After 6 months with a traditional estate agent lwho did not deliver as promised, we moved to Ewemove. Immeadiately there were viewings, some tentative offers if their houses could be sold. Then a firm offer, but after 6 months the offer was withdrawn after a survey report. Then start again. At all stages of the process, Victoria was positive, communicated with us clearly until with a few legal hiccups completion was achieved. We have no hestitation in recommending Victoria to buy, to sell or to rent your property in the area. She was miles better than anyone else who came to value our house. We really appreciated Victoria’s professionalism, responsiveness to any question we had ever and she sold our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market. Victoria recommended a social media package to sell the house. We think this worked brilliantly for us and was well worth the relatively small cost. There were so many little things she did which we valued as well, such as dropping a handy booklet in the day before we met her for the valuation, arranging an open weekend and using a flag stand outside the house to generate interest, chasing the sale through whenever we asked for an update and giving us great advice when we received offers.
