Nina Estate Agents Barry reviews

Unbelievably bad !! I placed an offer for a property for a lot of money with them , early one day, about 5 hours later no response from them regarding the seller decision, I then phoned them , no answer for about ten calls , then straight to voicemail, left a message, few hours later no return call , after 8 hours and nearly closing time of business, I tried again , someone answered, oh yes she declined the offer , i was fuming , if I saw a property with Ninas from then on I simply rejected it , THE worst customer service I've ever dealt with . Go elsewhere

Terrible customer service. Never answer their phones for renting properties, in fact it is still answering with their Christmas answer phone. Having to go through sales line where staff are unprofessional commenting 'I can see 3 of them sat there, don't know why their not answering their phone' had a viewing with themselves today (although another member of staff said they don't work Saturdays after we'd already booked a viewing with another member of staff) they didn't turn up, no contact, not answering their phones. Wasted journey and custom lost!!

5* service from start to finish, all staff are very friendly and always there to help when needed without delay. I sold my house with Nina and also bought one of their advertised properties, we had plenty of viewings, the advertising was almost instant from the moment we decided to sell and the friendliness from all of the staff was perfect ! The best estate agents in the area without a doubt and I'd have no hesitation in using their services again next time !

I don't normally write reviews but the service I had was excellent. Informative from start to finish. It was a difficult time to sell a house which was full of lovely memories. The team at Nina's respected that. Pauline especially was very kind and helpful. They were spot on with the valuation. Thanks again from me and my cousins. We would recommend you to friends family and colleagues
