GoogleShocking for lettings. Asking for them to get things done in the property was like asking for a million pounds. I was left with damp, waterfalls in my hallway, a front door that was a fire hazard and more!

GoogleNot helpful, arrogant staff
Agent replied · 6 July 2023
Hi Bobby, I am shocked to hear you think our staff are unhelpful and arrogant; we have always had such positive and amazing feedback from our clients on how helpful our staff are. I have looked further into this, and discovered you have not bought, sold, rented or even viewed a property with us. If this is not the case, please email us with details of your experience, so I can resolve this matter.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
