GoogleNina herself was a pleasure to deal with, but on some viewings I found her staff lacking in knowledge or enthusiasm. Lovely looking office and to be fair they made me feel really welcome. 1 star dropped for the viewings and another for the small and very high window display (I'm really small!).

GoogleShocking for lettings. Asking for them to get things done in the property was like asking for a million pounds. I was left with damp, waterfalls in my hallway, a front door that was a fire hazard and more!
