arranging viewings was easy. initially dealt with Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. my sale then stalled which was through no fault of Nina's (more my bad choice of solicitor) I was then lucky enough to deal with Pauline, who got things moving again, kept me up to date and always returned calls/emails quickly. even replying to me on a Saturday evening at gone 8pm. Pauline's knowledge and dedication was second to none. I was really stressed thanks to my solicitor but Pauline had a good sense of humour which got me through, I was ready for throwing the towel in. highly recommend Nina's for a professional service, the staff here really went above and beyond for me when I needed it and didn't once say that something couldn't be done because of covid. also spoke to Nina herself, who has real pride in what her company and staff do, nothing was too much trouble and Nina answered my questions and knew what was going on, I hadn't spoken to her previously either. 10/10. I love my new home. thank you so much for all you have done and for keeping me sane during a stressful time.

Where to start! Best estate agents we’ve ever used! We used Ninas to sell our old house and purchase our new one and from start to finish, they were amazing. Everyone was so helpful, especially Joe and Pauline who were brilliant at keeping us informed of developments as the purchase of our new house wasn’t straight forward. Having gone along and spoken to all the various estate agents along the high street in Barry, all of whom seemed welcoming and wanting to help find a property, Nina estate agent was the only one who, when we visited were told all our properties are on rightmove website. That was it, no offer to show us properties currently on sale or take our details. My partner and I were at odds with the mostly pleasant reviews that I had received from friends, both from using Nina and from them knowing the staff personally. Needless to say, based on this interaction with the staff we steered away from purchasing with Nina. We did however relent from this opinion and view 2 properties with them and the staff that came out to the property was on time, friendly and helpful.

We dealt with Pauline for our house move, and from the initial viewing to the days we picked up the keys she was amazing! Always in contact to offer us help and answer one of the many questions we had. With the first viewing she offered tips and advice on what she felt we could do with the house to help us put a picture together of how we could make it a home, and even let us view the property numerous times once we had an offer accepted for us to measure and show other family members. I would reccomend Pauline and ninas to anyone who is looking to buy or sell because they made everything so easy!

This review is a little overdue, but as I sit looking out over our beautiful garden, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Nina and her amazing team. Selling and buying at the same time is never without its stresses, but their calm approach and deep local knowledge made all the difference. Within a few months, they’d sold our home and helped us view an incredible property that we fell in love with instantly. Nearly a year on, we’re still so grateful for everything they did to help us get here. We’d recommend them to anyone looking for a team who truly cares and goes the extra mile.

A few months ago I went to Nina's to search for a rental. I went to a viewing and filled out applications being honest about my bad credit and bankruptcy many years ago but hoping maybe I'd give it a shot with my fiance. After viewing the property, I was phoned with a call to say I was unsuccessful, asking why I was told it was due to the landlord knowing the other tenants. I asked Ninas was it anything to do with my credit, they replied "no, nothing at all". Anyway, through a source I have since then found out it was to do with my bad credit history and that "I would not be touched with a barge pole". I understand its a risk to take on a tenant with bad credit, but what I'm most disappointed by is the honesty and transparency I was not given by Nina's. I won't he using this agency again due to their dishonesty.

We didn't use Nina estate agents as we moved from Margam to Barry but the people we bought off were selling with Nina. I'm putting this review on because Pauline we want to thankyou for your help. Pauline stayed in regular contact with us passing messages to her vendor's and their solicitors.We went through a very stressful move due to our solicitors but Pauline was always at the end of the phone sorting out our problems and always getting straight back to us. Professional from the start, very fair pricing from Nina, who remembers us from years ago.
