Very unprofessional and unreliable people. They don’t turn up even on arranged viewing. They lies and put blame on customers. I won’t recommend them to anyone. They have arranged a viewing with me and I had to sacrifice a lot to come from far distance but when I arrived at the property they said I can’t come out for viewing. Just annoying people.

Really great service and the staff are really helpful, especially Emily who went above and beyond for us. Price for selling was the best on the market and included solicitor fees! Overall, the move was seamless and wrapped up in a couple of months. Can’t recommend enough.

We sold our property last year with Hilton & Horsfall and was very happy with the service. They valued it well, had good knowledge of the area and were clearly interested in selling the property. They were quick to get the house marketed, the photos looked great and they had potential buyers lined up.We sold the house within a matter of days and their admin team kept us and our buyer updated through to completion. Their fees were also very competitive and included the solicitor which was a bonus. We would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
