GoogleBrad recently helped us with the valuation for probate and then subsequent sale of my late mother's property. The sale was effected very promptly at a realistic value. As we were not local, it was important to have someone to call on to help with moving day arrangements and Brad did this willingly, keeping us informed at every stage of the transaction. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

GoogleHave been with Oulsnam as my letting agent for more than two years and two tenants and although tenants have not always been reasonable the agency has always been a support and advisor. I am sorry to hear that Shyleigh Quinlan is leaving the office she has been outstanding as my property manager.

GoogleRenter, really poor service once we’ve moved into the property, seems like everything takes weeks to fix and a lot of chaser emails. This might not be the estate agents fault (might be landlord) but we receive 0 communication or updates. Our fence has been down for 2 weeks now and no reply

GoogleContacted Oulsnam lettings regarding one of the properties and the customer service given by one Chrytalla was the best ave had for so long. She took time with me and regardless of the timing and how far I was coming from she offered me the best alternative. Am so humbled welldone.
