GoogleMy partner and I arranged a viewing for a property on Moorsam Way, Bromsgrove last week which we viewed today. The property was lovely and the person who showed us around was also helpful. Unfortunately, we received a call as we were leaving the property to inform us that the property we had just viewed was not available as it had been let that morning. We spoke to the team twice during the day prior to the viewing, at which point we would have expected to be informed if this was the case. As it is, we have got our hopes up for a possibility that was already out of reach on arrival and left ourselves even more out of pocket having driven a 2 hour round trip to view the property with the current high price of fuel. We are both extremely disappointed, upset and shocked at the way this has been handled.

The personal service is outstanding and the fact that you are not dealing with a large chain/company means you always get a level of commitment and straight talking that isnt the case elsewhere.
