⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ++++++ Review for Megan and Margaret As a renter looking for a property, I have been so impressed with Megan and Margaret. What i like the most is that their communication is always smooth, clear, and speedy, which makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free. They are approachable and genuinely friendly, and I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions. They respond quickly, showing great responsiveness, and handle everything with professionalism that gives me real confidence. I have high hopes that this positive experience will carry through into the tenancy, and I feel assured they will continue to provide the same level of support. Highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable agents who also bring warmth and care to the process. Thank you very much for being so helpful. I hope this review puts me in their good books. Kidding, haha. 😁

Margaret, Sean and the team at Northwood have made renting out our annex blissfully pain free. We have been with them for three years. They helped us to set it up, offering loads of advice, talked us through what needed to be done and have found us great people. I highly recommend them.

Needing to find rented accommodation near Barnstaple at short notice in August, Northwood really came up trumps! Emma from the Barnstaple office, was professional, friendly and very efficient in swiftly identifying a property that really suited our needs and was within our budget. She kept us informed, kept all her promises and on the day of the move was at the property to show us around and complete the paperwork which included detailed instructions on everything we needed to know about the property. Totally recommend Emma and Northwood!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

I would highly recommend the team at Northwood Barnstaple. As lettings agents they were fantastic, making the letting process really easy for us. We let our other property ourselves and had several problems. So when we invested in another property we went to Northwood lettings agents to find us a tenant. They took time to find us the right tenant, and provided us with a really detailed inventory so when the time comes to check the tenant out we have a great document to work with in case of any dispute. Sean and Margaret were really easy to work with and were always polite, professional, friendly and ready to help.

I have been very impressed with Margaret, Sean and Emma at Northwood since I instructed them to find a tenant for a property in Barnstaple in 2013. They are a very professional, efficient and friendly team. Northwood have since sold my flat and found tenants for me elsewhere, all with the same level of exceptional service and value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Efficient and friendly - two words to describe Northwood in Barnstaple. They succeed by creating a relationship with both the owners and tenants, making both feel that they are important to them. The Guaranteed Rent was the best thing we could have done, taking away all the uncertainty and worry, and providing a regular income. Thank you Northwood especially Sean and Margaret!

We recently moved to the Barnstaple area and have had a fantastic experience with Sarah and the Northwood Team so far- responsive, friendly and professional. We feel confident that this service will continue into our tenancy. Would recommend to anyone looking for an Estate Agent who genuinely cares for their tenants!

Professional, Friendly and

We went to Northgate to manage our rental property after looking at reviews of local letting agents here in North Devon. We particularly liked their "guaranteed income" offering which differentiated them from most others, but in the end went for a plain managed agreement. We were not disappointed - Margaret and Emma were very professional and friendly throughout the process and found us a good tenant extremely quickly. All the paperwork was promptly processed and we had our first rental in the bank without any fuss. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sean, Margaret and Emma have been nothing but professional in finding us a tenant for our house.. They are genuinely prepared to go the extra mile to facilitate as smooth a transition as possible for both landlord and tenant. We have been impressed by their attitude ....attention to detail and kindness, which is not always found amongst letting agents.. It has been a pleasure to deal with them. Many thanks
