Hi Thomasz, we have tried calling you to discuss the comments in your review, but unfortunately we haven’t received a call back as of yet. It is surprising you have left only a 1-star review as we didn’t receive any complaints from yourself or your partner during the period of your tenancy. On check-out, there were some stoppages from your deposit for damage to the kitchen floor, rubbish removal, and smoke detectors being removed, however when this was brought to your partners attention, it was immediately approved and even thanked us.

Without you disclosing your name, we are unable to offer a comprehensive reply. We believe, from your comments, that you have recently vacated one of our managed rental properties. We only stop money from the deposit if there has been damage to the property, or it has not been cleaned prior to the keys being handed back. Any monies received are given to the landlord to cover damages, or direct to contractors to return the property to the standard it was let in originally. As an agent, we would never benefit financially from a tenant’s deposit. I will copy and paste this reply to the other review you have left under the name of ‘Dark Side’.
