FacebookStephen Medland came to value my house Weds 14th Feb, I agreed with his valuation and the house went on the market the following day. Tues 20th I had call from Suzanne White to ask if someone could view the same day. I then had another call from Suzanne with an offer which was accepted. In between this I was getting updates from Kerry Field on a regular basis and for sorting out Solicitors for me. I am over the moon with what Haybrook have achieved in less than a week. I would recommend this estate agents 100%. Thank you to all involved.

FacebookWe have just decided to put my mums house on the market for sale. An appointment was made with Stephen Medland from Haybrook. We were very impressed with his clear and thorough explanation and knowledge of how the house would be marketed and the procedures involved and this resulted in us choosing Haybrook over other estate agencies we had invited to value the property. Steve’s manner was professional and friendly on each visit and we felt that he covered and answered all of our questions clearly. Thankyou.

FacebookWe have just sold our house with haybrooks and they have done an excellent job as ours is a non standard build type. We have had lots of views and they put a lot of effort into finding you a buyer. Yes we had one fell through but they were on it straight away and it was only a week before we were having more views. And then a second offer within 3 weeks. So I'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff it's been a pleasure doing business and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell there house. If I ever sell again I know who I'll be contacting�

FacebookI would highly recommend Haybrook Barnsley when it comes to selling your house. From start to finish they were fantastic and seemed really engaged in our house sale. They were helpful in giving advice in all aspects of the sale from advice on the photographs to hints and tips about viewings. They were incredibly prompt at arranging viewings, obtaining feedback and go above and beyond to try and get the sale through. They were friendly and gave a really personalised service to both us as sellers and our potential buyers. So many of our viewers commented on the staff at Haybrook's whilst viewing it was clear they too had received a great customer experience. Whilst using an internet only company will save money I just don't think you get anywhere near the same service or support and don't feel they offer anywhere near the same chance of selling.

FacebookWe have just sold our house recently having been on the market with haybrooks for just six weeks. Previously our house was for sale with two different agents for 10 months without any results. We are really pleased and impressed at the short amount of time it took to sell and with the level of service we received from all members of staff. We would highly recommend their service to others.

FacebookI was conned out of over £7000, I sold my house outside the contracted period, but I was still took to court, as I didn't read the small print, even the District Judge said it was unfair to claim the money, but it was in the contract Haybrooks are a disgrace. SO ALL SELLERS BE AWARE AND READ EVERY BIT OF THE CONTRACT, BUT EVEN BETTER USE ANOTHER ESTATE AGENTS WITH MORALS
