Plot 123 Far Grange Meadows 1year update today we waited in all day for someone to replace our rear door seal this has been an ongoing issue for the last 6months plus and after combination of lies and excuses from Harron customer services we had an appointment booked for today ,no show no phone call no text no email this is typical of Harron Homes .the response I will get from this review will be customer services is looking in to your review which will result in absolutely no other response whatsoever.if you are considering buying a home from this company just DONT you will save yourself wasted time and expense you can do better .all the 5star reviews you read on here are from customers not yet moved in.a good source for customers real opinions can be found on Facebook Victims of Harron HomesAlanLongworthTracy Ramsey

I don't write reviews often and am really disappointed to be writing this one; however, a house is such an important purchase I feel people need to know.The sales guys are brilliant, will tell you everything you need to know and be there every step of the way, but the afterservice is shocking. Once you have bought the house and they have your money, they just don't care anymore. Wasted days off work for nobody to turn up to do the snagging, and no phone calls are returned; it is a total waste of time. We have done most of the snagging ourselves, but some has to be done by Harron as only they can provide the parts - we have even asked if they can provide the parts and we will fit them! We have been in our home one year now, cannot fault the sales girls, however, lately, customer service department has been shockingly bad. We have a few snags that we have been chasing up since September, some of which were reported when we moved in, we finally got an operative out coming up 2 weeks ago, after 2 previous cancellations by Harron. The operative was great but unable to fix many of the snags, photos were taken etc. over a week on from his visit I had heard nothing so emailed, after no response to my email, I phoned and was told that someone would get back to me, still waiting! Off to such a great start but gone downhill. On a positive note, the estate is great and house build is very good, just a few snags that are not getting resolved in a timely manner.

There were initial snags that we’re no major than a few cracks in the plaster work, sorted it and everything else our decorator could easily sort when prepping the walls.
