GoogleDon't be put off by the 1 star reviews on here! I've personally rented with Pad2Let for around 9 years now and cannot fault their service! The Ladies are all down to earth and friendly. When things need fixing they will always arrange for someone to come round quickly. If I was renting my own place out I would use Pad2Let! Thanks for the great work that you continue to do!

GoogleI first started by renting a 3 bedroom town house off pad-2-let which I couldn’t fault throughout every part of the process. A few years on i then used pad-4-sale to sell my first home they achieved this sale within a day of it being on the market for the full asking price. Staff are always happy to help and very polite. 5 stars from me 👍

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are disappointed that it is such a negative review especially considering the previous review you left had to be removed by Google for being inaccurate. Regarding our procedures, it was explained when we booked your viewing that you were not the first person to enquire and that we had other people booked in to view the house. You then called back to cancel the viewing as you wanted to see 3 properties at the same time the following week. It was explained we couldn’t arrange this altogether as the other properties were still occupied and we had to work round the occupiers for access who were not all available on the same days/times. Regarding the 2nd viewing you were booked in for, this was cancelled by yourself without notice on the day. This appointment space could’ve been used for someone else to view the house so it was disappointing that you didn’t give more notice, particularly when you already knew that the property didn’t have a garden. When a new property is uploaded to the internet we will receive enquiries within minutes. Our policy is to keep enquiries in the order which we receive them and this was explained to you a number of times. On the property viewing we explained that someone who had viewed before you had placed a reservation on the property, however you could still submit your application forms just incase the other people were unsuccessful (or changed their mind). We’re sorry that you are upset by this system but we take our responsibility to our landlords, their properties, and potential tenants very seriously. GoogleWe were tenants for 5 years through Pad 2 Let in 2 different properties, having recently moved into a property we purchased. I could not speak highly enough of them. Always professional and lovely to deal with. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and without fuss. My experience with them has been only positive and I couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleTook 3 weeks to get a response off anyone didn't work with me I had a full time permanent job and reliable references and got turned down because I had a ccj 4 years ago that was paid didn't communicate just took the money for the fees and didn't help me at all won't be recommending to anyone!!!!!!!
