GoogleDaniel came to value my parents house on Shirehall lane as we needed a letter for probate, from valuation to Completion Daniel kept us calm and the many stresses of selling a property were kept to an absolute minimum as any issues were dealt with promptly with Daniel constantly speaking to each solicitor. Wouldn't recommend anyone else when it comes to selling or buying in Hendon!

Winkworth Hendon has always been quick to solve most issues in the flat and very dependable. The flat was in great shape and spotless when we moved in and they are always very responsive to any inquiries. Nishi Shah was also very understanding and supportive in the renewal of our letting agreement and was very prompt to get us the contract.

I have had a horrible experience with Maddie Barrington as a tenant.We were presented with a dirty property full of black mold and left to rot with a newborn for two and a half years before eventually having to move out.We faced a sizeable rent increase as well but absolutely no action towards our very serious issue.We have lost thousands of pounds worth of clothes and have had to spend tens of hours emptying our wardrobes in order to wash our clothes again and again.On top of everything we had to pay enormous electricity bills as a result of running several dehumidifiers.Maddie has not been helpful or accommodating.I would recommend to make sure you do not deal with her If you do have to work with wink worth.Edit: In regards to your response, I have put the name of the person there so you should be able to know what office this is. The property is in N1.

We take damp issues very seriously when reported and will always work with our clients and advise them accordingly to rectify such concerns. Unfortunately, we are not able to instruct such works without approval from a landlord despite our recommendation to do so.Winkworth Highbury & Islington

The worst agency .. I had a viewing yesterday and I went to see the flat with my wife and my 6 months old babe ,and my agent Lewis Impleton , probably he hasn’t so happy with that , he tried to avoid answer my question, very poor customers skills , he wasn’t even showing me the house , not talking at all .. probably you could see he was not interested to rent the flat to me from the first moment .. after that i told him I was happy to rent the flat and I have everything had they need .. while allAnswer was been answered next day was asking me again the same question by email . .. his email very unprofessional, he was like writing to a friend .. never mind after all that , not answering to me for 2 days , I had to email him again and after the reply of him was that the flat it’s been gone .. that all , didn’t even ask me if he can show me some other properties that are still on the market..

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency. It has now been over a month since I moved out of the property, and I have still received no clear response regarding the return of my deposit.
