My sincere and wholeaherted thanks to Paul (who is very down to earth, and an amazing person) who helped me with a property transaction. And I am thankful to matthew Page as well. They both brilliant. I found them to be honest, very friendly, professional and proactive from responsive perspective. I strongly recommend Winkworth for property transactions , top class.

GoogleMy husband and I were very impressed with the service we received from Winkworth (Barnet). Although we dealt with all the staff at one time or another, we dealt mainly with Adam. At all times we were treated with professionalism and courtesy. The entire team are friendly and helpful. They guided us through what turned out to be a more complicated process than we had anticipated. There were unexpected issues with the property and an attempted gazumping. Adam and the team kept us informed of progress at all times and helped us secure the property. We are more than happy to reccommend them to others.

GoogleWithout a doubt the best estate agents I have ever had contact with. I have had some bad experiences with previous agents, ranging from dishonesty to pure unprofessionalism. The team at Winkworth are genuinely in a different league. Very friendly, honest and professional. Nigel and Jim are both amazing. Very honest and genuine guys who get the job done for both the buyer and vendor. Great friendly communication throughout the who process - I really cannot recommend Winkworth enough.

GoogleI was extremely pleased to have used Winkworth to rent out my property. As a first time landlord Winkworth were extremely helpful at ensuring I was up to date with the requirements of being a landlord, and were able to get the necessary checks done very quickly. Winkworth were able to find tenants to occupy the property within 24 hours of me instructing them to act as my Agent, and they have continued to excel in regards to communication and advice since. Very highly recommended!

He did an excellent job for us, and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him throughout. His communication was always direct, he was available and responsive, and he played a crucial and positive role in the negotiations for which we are very grateful. We also appreciated him helping us to access the property before completion to arrange the renovation. I would like to think that we might have another opportunity to work with him in the future.

GoogleThe best estate agent I have ever worked with I have had the pleasure of working with the Barnet Winkworth branch several times over the last 8 years. They sold me my current house. I bought and sold my last house with them. They sold me a great buy to let property in 2015 at what I consider to be a very reasonable price. The team at Barnet are always professional and willing to bend over backwards to make things happen. The head of the team (Paul Grover) always prices property realistically and has always achieved the best price for me in the best possible time scale. All in all, Barnet Winkworth are by far the best estate agent in Barnet and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone for private and business purchases, sales and lettings.
