We have recently purchased a house through Winkworth Barnet branch and have been very impressed with the agents in branch. They have been very patient with our emails and requests and multiple visits to the house in question. They have responded to emails and telephone queries in a very timely response and have always done whatever they can to help us in what can be a very stressful time. We were looking for a house for a while and interacted with many agents during the buying process, most were overly aggressive and unpleasant to deal with; Barnet Winkworth were totally different and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for all of your help!

Could not recommend these guys enough, what a great team, Matt, Nigel and Caroline... first class. Not only did they let my property to start with, no fuss, they then went on to sell it in record time in such a difficult market. Super team! We bought & sold through the guys at Winkworth Barnet and found them a real pleasure to deal with and so professional. They have shown great patience throughout our many demands and have given very solid advice when we needed it. Very quick to react and reply to queries. Didn't torment us with calls when we were looking for a house to purchase. Defo recommend.

Ella, the 1 week holding deposit is standard across letting agents and is a part payment towards the first month's rent. We rely heavily on the information prospective tenants provide when completing the rental application form. If your situation was explained to us from the outset, we would not have proceeded any further with the application.

Looked at a couple of properties with this Estate Agent and went ahead with one of them. Good clear communications throughout and queries/problems answered and resolved quickly and without any fuss. I would have no problem recommending this agent for sales and letting and would certainly expect to use them myself again in the future.

Matt Page worked very hard to find me a house that ticked all my boxes - it wasn't an easy task - but he did it! He was very professional and always on hand to answer all my stupid questions. I received a fuss free service and I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend all the staff at Barnet Winkworths. Caroline Laursen has to be mentioned in particular as outstanding, she goes out of her way to solve problems. If l call her she is very efficient and will immediately try to help whatever the situation is.

I very much recommend Winkworth Barnet Estate Agents. All the staff, and Matt particularly (he was my main agent), patiently worked with me and helped me become a landlord for the first time. They were completely reliable, were clear and unambiguous in their answers to my questions, and ‘did exactly what it said on the tin’. They were not pushy, and they responded quickly and positively when I phoned and emailed them. Matt gave me experienced, honest advice and found me tenants who fitted my property and hopes excellently well. Paperwork and written agreements were in plain English that I could understand without needing a lawyer! Neil Hanchett
