GoogleStatons have been fantastic to deal with. Particularly Angelo Loizou has been fantastic and friendliest estate agent. He made the process which was bit too long for us smooth where possible and maintained professionalism though out. Statons have some of the best properties in North London and whenever we had interest they acted promptly to arrange viewing or share details. It was pleasure to deal with them :)

GoogleThis was my first experience buying a property and Jason (Jason Payne) made the entire process unbelievably stress-free. What I particularly liked is how proactive he was. He went above and beyond to make sure I was assisted and whenever I needed something here was there to help. Last minute requests or inquiries he was always there. As soon as circumstances changed or there was a piece of information I needed he'd immediately provide this to me. Made the experience a delight & simple.

In my experience they stood head and shoulders above the competition showing commitment, flexibility and professionalism throughout the process of the property sale which was prolonged by probate. Nikki and Angelo's communications were excellent throughout and we very much felt our interests were paramount in terms of each stage from marketing the property; to finding the most appropriate buyer at a price in line with the original Statons' estimate. GoogleI had a very good experience and professional phone call with a gentleman called Neil today. I had telephoned about a property to rent, which unfortunately had just been let. Unlike other estate agents l have recently called who couldn't wait to get you off the phone, he kindly took all my details and offered to keep his eyes open for any property that becomes available which might suit me. I would definitely recommend this estate agents if this is their approach to customers.

GoogleI found Susy to be helpful and courteous. Statons needed to help figure out issues in the chain and both Susy and Leo stepped in to liaise with all parties to make sure we moved on time.
