GoogleWe have recently sold our house and I have to say it has not been easy in the context of never ending Brexit and current market conditions. We used various agents over a few months, but it was Moreland who made it happen for us - thanks to Jay and Edward for excellent service, objective feedback and advice. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleMy experience with Vas has been nothing short of excellent from the start - a helpful and informative phone call to kick things off, along with regular communication throughout the process. As soon as I arrived at the property for a viewing I was greeted by Vas. He was extremely welcoming and professional in showing me around and answering my many questions. Within less than an hour of viewing the property, Vas kept his word and I had a form in my inbox. He was even on hand via text to answer yet more questions from me to ensure it was completed accurately. It's very clear to me that he is the type of person who always goes the extra mile and puts the client first, which is something I have greatly appreciated (due to my recent bad experiences with other letting agents). Vas, thank you so much for all your help - Moreland are extremely fortunate to have you on board!

GoogleI do not live locally and needed an estate agent to help with the sale of a property for probate purposes that had been empty for a while. I did a google search and decided to go with Moreland Estate Agents on the basis of their website and the google reviews of their services. Edward Gilbert and his team were excellent. All communication was by phone and by email and the whole process from start to finish could not have gone more smoothly considering the difficult situation. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would have no hesitation in using them again if so needed.

GoogleThe process from the initial conversation all the the way to a successful completion was handled brilliantly by the team at Moreland, polite, clear, very patient, diligent, and on more than a few occasions went out of their way to communicate clearly and explain things to us ( sometimes repeatedly), and also keep us updated on the proceedings. The team at Moreland genuinely care about the people, not just the transaction, and for that we are really grateful, you took this selling experience from daunting to as easy and smooth as possible. We would have no hesitation recommending Edward and his team to anyone .

GoogleHad a very positive experience with Morelands when renting my first property. Their listing on the website was very comprehensive and included a useful video. Ali showed me around the property and was very friendly and helpful with lots of very useful tips. He negotiated with the landlord on our behalf and was very quick to respond to queries. Rebecca dealt with all the admin in a polite and very friendly way. She was very professional and replied back very quickly to my many queries. GoogleThey were so bad… After the first viewing they were begging for a 5star google review 😂😂😂 They let us down the last minute. One day before the contract exchange they told us the tenant wont move out ( of course we had to chase them by phoning and texting non stop as they did not care… Unprofessional! ) Never ever moreland!
Dear Katalin, we kept you completely updated on weekly basis with the tenant's situation along the way (we have all the whatsapp messages). The legal system is out of our control to get tenants out and we did everything we could to assist relocating her. The exchange date wouldn't have been confirmed until the tenant had vacated. Once the tenant vacated you didn't want to follow through with the transaction. I'm not sure why it's taken a year to supply your review.
