GoogleMy parents were looking for a property to move in May and I can say they found the right flat. Since the first flat visit, Rebecca was very welcoming and answered all questions my parents had. Moreover, she was really helpful and supported them throughout the whole process. Now my parents are very happy and looking forward to move to the new flat. I would highly recommend Rebecca! Being in a chain is not a great place to be but you kept my spirits up and here we are about to close on my property of choice. Jay you were wonderful each time I met you Very calm and easy going, not at all pushy, in spite of your non pushiness I made an offer on the house within half an hour of seeing it and certainly would come back to you and Moreland if ever I needed to sell in the future, God forbid. Edward, it was a pleasure to talk to you on the phone. You made me laugh even when I was stressed over the slow progress we were making because of being in this confounded chain. Google5 star experience. Kayleigh is very helpful in resolving all issues and questions. Me and my partner never had to wait as her replies were lighting fast. She helped us with all paperworks and contract issues without any delays. She was really patient with all our questions and queries. Always smiling, happy and polite. Overall experience with Kayleigh and Moreland is excellent. We would recommend this agency and Kayleigh as an agent to anybody who looks for peace of mind and a good tenant <> agency partnership. GoogleJust rented a house in the area. Very professional, fast, convenient service. Highly recommend! Update. I have now finished renting and this us hell! They requested nearly complete deposit on check out for NO reason at all! It is unbelievable.i went to deposit protection scheme and they returned me 90% of it. So I was right, they had no reason to take it! Beware of this scam! And do not rent through them! And if you are in situation like mine - don't speak with these scammers just go to deposit protection scheme and request full refund.
Dear Andrew, unfortunately we do not manage this property and therefore have to take instruction from the landlady. This was not our decision. DPS made an independent ruling based on evidence provided, which is the correct process to follow in situations like this. We wish you all the best in your new home.

GoogleMy wife Claudia and I were looking for a smaller property and we worked with Toby for a while on a potential opportunity. Toby was exemplary with his approach and honesty in relation to the history of the property in question and he was very understanding of our situation and did his best to help find a way forward. Although we ultimately went with another property, we did find working with Toby a refreshing experience.

Both Edward and Jay were very respectful of her home and always kept us informed about viewings and feedback. They found a buyer for the house relatively quickly - and at the asking price. It was a completely stress-free experience, and they were a pleasure to work with.

GoogleOver the past year I got to know the team very well at Morelands. Edward was always at hand even on weekends. Sarah was especially helpful during the exchange of contracts and is a Queen in her communications. Thank you. Also a big thanks to James and Jake who kept up with the advertising of our property. GoogleMy experience with moreland estate agents have been a 10 star service so far. I had previously had a bad experience with another estate agency years ago and so was quite nervous when we decided to put our one bedroom flat up for sale. They had clearly done tonnes of research to come up with an appropriate price for the flat and the initial visit and talk was very thorough. Moreland then created a WhatsApp group with all members of staff, myself and my fiancee to ensure good communication. Then there was a whole afternoon dedicated to photo and video taking with an experienced photographer Toby Jackson was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and managed to arrange 3 viewings within the first few days! Toby was also very polite and communication updates were great. We now have an offer and we are over the moon. We would highly recommend Moreland estate agents if you want a premium service for a very reasonable price (other estate agents were asking for a much higher price to sell our flat than these guys). Thank you so much for everything Moreland. :)
