TrustpilotGreat commercial and deal advice
Very positive experience with Martyn Gerrard and, particularly, Jatin Shah, who drove a recent transaction through to exchange...advising how to overcome a couple of delicate issues that arose and making the deal happen

GoogleExcellent service and nice people to work with. Were very helpful through the process. Great local knowledge and understanding of the market. Once I put the property to them, they immediately started bringing in viewings and eventually an offer. During the sale process itself they helped a lot to get things sorted through a complicated chain and managing it with the other agents and lawyers. Highly recommended
