TrustpilotMartyn Gerrard - Daniel Farran & Panikos Kleanthous. 5 stars.
Daniel Farran and Panikos Kleanthous managed our tenancy agreement. They superbly handled the process for us, through frequently keeping us up to date, and rapidly informing us of solutions to any uncertainties we had. We whole-heartedly recommend them, and the wider Martyn Gerrards team, to any other property searchers!

We have used several estate agents over the years and decided this time to try Martyn Gerard to find new tenants. For the start, the whole team of Cem, Anthony and Nadia have been incredibly helpful and efficient. Cem seems to go above and beyond to be helpful and always gets back straight away. He is so trustworthy. So far we've had excellent service from the whole team and got tenants at the full asking price within the week. We'd highly recommend Martyn Gerard's with this team!

TrustpilotRental process - fast and efficient
Sophie showed us the rental, and from offer to contract signing - the agency’s process was fast and everything was completed within 7 days. The referencing software they use - Goodlord ; played a big part in this and is a great tool to make the process easy, streamlined and efficient.

We engaged hired MG to help with our flat sale and were very impressed. The whole team was very professional and helped us achieve a quick sale at a very good price. Jenna's valuation was spot on (and the most precise from all the agents we consulted). Rafael and Gabriella did an amazing job presenting the flat. Recommended!

GoogleWe instructed Martyn Gerrard’s Whetstone branch for the sale of our Barnet property following a disappointing experience with another local agent. From the get-go we were very impressed by the team’s professional, responsive and coordinated ways of working and were delighted by the volume of interest and viewings generated for our home in a short time. We’d recommend the Martyn Gerrard Whetstone team without hesitation and felt valued through our whole end-to-end experience engaging with them. Special shout-out to Stewart and Martin and we look forward to instructing this team again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotExcellent Communication
Keeping a vendor’s solicitor, a vendor, a buyer’s solicitor and a buyer all communicating effectively could be an impossible task. Thankfully Andriano and Stewart managed to keep everyone on the same page and we exchanged and completed on our lovely flat, nerves intact. Thank you both for for making this process as painless as possible.
