A company of crooks. Completely dishonest. They are charging ridiculous fees without informing you in advance and rely on small print. Stay away and do not let your houses through them. We are experienced landlords and they have messed us twice before.

Hi Orly. We appreciate you are angry but think your choice of words is rather inflammatory and wrong. Our Terms of Business, which you read and agreed to - clearly lay out our fees, when and how they are due. We are sorry that you had trouble with the tenant, we gave as much advice as we could, but you had chosen to self-manage the tenancy and so our role was limited. We are also sorry that you have not taken up the offer to talk to our Head of Lettings so we can try and resolve things.

GoogleI've dealt with a number of lettings companies over the years and have to say my experience with Martyn Gerrard was excellent. In particular Ella Diakite, who was responsive, helpful and polite throughout, despite having to conduct viewings during lockdown etc. I would definitely recommend using Martyn Gerrard.

All three on the sales side have been great. Bruvis, Jamie and Alex have been very responsive and excellent at keep me up to date with the purchase process and situation. I also feel they list their houses at a fair price and support both sell and buy side equally. It's been a very smooth experience so far and I would recommend them.
