Hi Simran, were sorry you have left us a 1 star review. We understand your frustration when you weren’t able to view the property as planned, but as we explained someone who viewed it earlier in the day put a holding deposit down. This meant we had to cancel all the viewings arranged for later that day, as once a holding deposit is taken, we cannot accept another offer or proceed with other applicants.

We note that you first raised your concerns with us last week, when the Head of Department explained that the required procedures were followed correctly. However, as a gesture of goodwill, a reduction on the balance owed was offered. We are sorry that this proposal was not acceptable to you. Please be assured that as part of our complaints procedure, we will review the case again and give a response in line with TPO guidance.
