They had not keeping their word on time to gave the property. Even they are not organised, they are respecting money rather than you as human. In the end gabbling the money for nothing. So upsetting to be treated like this.
Hi Hana, we have investigated further and believe you are the lady who wanted to rent a property through us in Finchley. As you know you weren't willing or able to provide the documentation we needed to progress the references, which meant the rental couldn't proceed.

House buying and selling is always stressful but the experience was made so much nicer thanks to dealing with Afina. She was so giving with her time and was always available to ask questions. On the times Afina wasn’t there I dealt with other team members but I didn’t warm to their manner in the same way as Afina. The company felt very easy to work with. Fast answers and great availability. Antony showed me around a few houses and gave me a very professional tour of everything.Whilst I know I can be a bit of a painful person to deal with, I was treated with respect and great attitude. I just wanted to say what a great experience I have had working with Martyn Gerrard overall, but specifically Fatmir and Craig from North Finchley. Throught my search from the beginning, to the end they were so helpful and more importantly genuine and trustworthy. MG has been sourcing tenants for me for almost 10 years now! Not only do they source good tenants, they also manage them well. Zoe Sophocles in particular has been a great help in negotiating very good deals when renewing tenancy agreements. I would highly recommend working with her as she is very methodical and practical in finding mutually beneficial solutions.

Glenn was a 'go the extra mile' guy. He made an effort to understand what kind of property I wanted and to show me properties that he thought would fit my criteria and some. He helped me to work out exactly what I did want and, once I had found a property, to secure a purchase. He was helpful and approachable.
