Craig Thompkins, Raphael B, Ben, Fatmir and all the team at Martyn Gerrard did a wonderful job when selling our house in North London. They communicated brilliantly and were always on hand when we needed them. They gave us positive, realistic appraisals of value in a market they know inside out, and made sure to match up our house with buyers who had what needed (chain free, proceedable, committed to buying our lovely house with the funds to do it). She did a brilliant job in securing a contract renewal.I like using Martyn Gerrard because it is clear that they ensure that their staff are well trained and operate to the highest standards.
