TrustpilotBe very careful what you are signing to
We agreed a commission rate with the agent but when the contract came through they had added VAT to the figure which is against consumer protection laws. When we complained they corrected this but then changed the contract term without informing us of the change. My advice is be very careful of this company as you can't trust they are acting fairly.

Daniel has worked tirelessly to find me a tenant to look after my flat while I go away on sabbatical. As a short term let, this was no easy task, but with Daniel’s help I was in good hands and felt reassured throughout the process.
