TrustpilotGreat Service
Emily Steer was very cordial throughout and quite patient in understanding our anxiety and needs as a 1st time buyer. She also arranged multiple visits for us and managed her calendar to suit our requirements. Thanks to you Emily! :-)

TrustpilotThey had not keeping their word on time…
They had not keeping their word on time to gave the property. Even they are not organised, they are respecting money rather than you as human. In the end gabbling the money for nothing. So upsetting to be treated like this.
Hi Hana, we have investigated further and believe you are the lady who wanted to rent a property through us in Finchley. As you know you weren't willing or able to provide the documentation we needed to progress the references, which meant the rental couldn't proceed.

TrustpilotDealing with Afina was a joy…
House buying and selling is always stressful but the experience was made so much nicer thanks to dealing with Afina. She was so giving with her time and was always available to ask questions. On the times Afina wasn’t there I dealt with other team members but I didn’t warm to their manner in the same way as Afina. Thank you for making the last 8 months of rollercoaster slightly more bearable and thankyou for you support. Katie

TrustpilotVery nice staff team
The company felt very easy to work with. Fast answers and great availability. Antony showed me around a few houses and gave me a very professional tour of everything.Whilst I know I can be a bit of a painful person to deal with, I was treated with respect and great attitude. Definitely an experience to remember, I would highly recommend this company.I would also like to say thanks to everyone who made what I thought to be a very challenging and difficult decision into a pleasant and fun experience.

TrustpilotConsistently great service!
MG has been sourcing tenants for me for almost 10 years now! Not only do they source good tenants, they also manage them well. Zoe Sophocles in particular has been a great help in negotiating very good deals when renewing tenancy agreements. I would highly recommend working with her as she is very methodical and practical in finding mutually beneficial solutions.

TrustpilotGlenn was a 'go the extra mile' guy
Glenn was a 'go the extra mile' guy. He made an effort to understand what kind of property I wanted and to show me properties that he thought would fit my criteria and some. He helped me to work out exactly what I did want and, once I had found a property, to secure a purchase. He was helpful and approachable.

TrustpilotKind and helpful agent
We visited two different properties offered to let by this agency and the agent who dealt with us was very kind, attentive and patient. We have had several negative experiences until now with other agencies, so it was really refreshing to have someone so helpful when viewing a property.During the viewing he guided us through the house and answered all of our questions with patience and care.I wish more agents were like him!

TrustpilotGreat service, straight open communication and results achieved
Martyn Gerrard, and in particular Andreas and Raj from the team were fantastic in our house sale. They were professional and persisted to get the right interest, and buyers for our house. We had listed under joint agents and they far out performed the other agency in terms of professionalism, communication and client care.

TrustpilotThanks to Fatmir
Thanks to Fatmir, me and my partner got the property we wanted. He worked so hard to help us achieve this after a rollercoaster start and went above and beyond and even now, after moving in he’s still so helpful. Definitely a great asset to the company and just an all round lovely guy!

TrustpilotExcellent experience
Zlatko and Jatin are the best estate agents I have come across in my search for a new home. They are very knowledgeable and polite people and have a great understanding of the market. They also know the value of the time and always willing to give that extra bit more to make their clients happy. I consider myself very lucky to have been dealing with those excellent professionals like Jatin and Zlatko.

This agent is great and different from others we spoke with when choosing who to list with for our house. They value customer service and always provide updates, especially from Sophie.
